If things are not going how you planned, does that make you a failure?
It will make you feel like a failure. You have this great idea of how things will be and that if you try hard enough then they will turn out the 'right' way. Some things can not be overcome, no matter how hard you try. You already feel like you are messing up by just not feeling how you think you should then if you try and force it, it only gets worse. And then it actually starts spilling over onto other people.
How do you explain to them that you want to feel how they want you to feel but you don't. To others they can not see that you are trying, they feel ignored. What happened to the balance? It use to be there... somewhere.
